Currently, there are several residential opportunities on the land. These include tent spaces, RV spaces with full hook ups, RV spaces without hook ups, empty RV's, rooms for rent, and spaces for portable structures like tipi's, domes, yurts, shipping containers. Also, there are spaces that can be used as art studios and room to build more.

WildCraft EcoVillage (W.E.) are developing a unique and colorful community based on the principals of permaculture design while embracing diversity, eco-thinking, and creative expression.
Caring for the land, caring for the people, and returning surplus back to the land and back to the people.
W.E. are cultivating a productive, thriving, and diverse self-sustainable community, for the mutual benefit of all. W.E. celebrate cultural, spiritual, ethnic, and sexual diversity.
W.E. are developing a bio-diverse organic farm as well as a school of artistry, intentional community design, and self-sustainable concepts. In additions, we will be setting up collective crafting workshops, local artists can learn and have a place to work.
W.E. also wish to work with local green businesses to installed exhibits and working examples of self-sustainability in action.
WildCraft EcoVillage Community (WEC)
The call for healthy and thriving community living is being heard by many...
We have seen many groups come together to discuss creating such places... some are actually doing it. WildCraft EcoVillage Community (WEC) will implement 'tried-and-true' methods used by those who have succeeded at creating and sustaining intentional communities around the world. WEC will serve as a 'model' intentional community and 'living laboratory'. Resident and nonresident co-creators, as well as studying interns, can live what they are learning while experimenting with various concepts of management, decision making, economics, planning, networking, and social structure.

WildCraft EcoVillage Urban School of Art and Sustainability (WEUS) will serve as a school for Intentional Community Design, Organic Farming, Permaculture Design, Artistry, Healthy Living, Financial Empowerment, Self Reliance, Survival Skills, and Sustainable Concepts. WEUS will serve as a meeting space, living laboratory, and a discovery incubator. empower self-reliance and healthy, sustainable, and thriving intentional communities of the future. From free range eggs to nutritional basics, the need for healthier local food options is growing fast...
WildCraft EcoVillage Organic Farm (WEOF) will be a flourishing, biodynamic organic urban farm with an initial focus on growing healthy viable crops for the local community, local restaurants, and farmers markets. WEOF will serve as a primary financial tool for funding the efforts of WildCraft EcoVillage. This will also create jobs, and learning opportunities. Through the guidance of skilled gardeners, we can be a supplier of healthy sustainable food. We will also be setting up as many demonstration garden exhibits displaying working models of many organic gardening techniques.
WildCraff EcoVillage Art Studios (WEAS)
Creativity sparks ingenuity... May we all find the artist within ourselves...
WildCraft EcoVillage Art Studios (WEAS) will host a variety of fully tooled and stocked co-op studios for hourly rental, classes and tours. These will include Woodworking, Metalworking, Glass Working, Ceramics, Healing Arts. There will also be some small and affordable personal studios available for local artist who may need space. The larger co-op studio spaces will include woodworking, metal working, clay/ceramics, glass blowing, and healing arts.
WildCraft EcoVillage Eco-Businesses

WildCraft EcoVillage will set up a variety of green businesses as well as partnering with a few green businesses that fit into the our ecovillage concept as a major role in the financially solid plan we need to succeed. We are studying the options, but currently we are looking at production of biochar, compost, and related products. We are also looking at manufacturing Tiny House designs, organic farming, and poultry products, and papercrete products.
Intentional Community Design
What is an Intentional Community? How are intentional communities made? How do they succeed?
WildCraft EcoVillage will provide a space for teachers and students to learn about intentional community design and study the principals used by successful IC's.
We will also develop an working community to act as a laboratory of exploring ideas and concepts.
We will serve as a profitable organic farm and school of organic farming methods. Organic farming is the future.
WildCraft EcoVillage will provide space for teachers and students to study organic farming aspects such as biodiversity, scalability, profitability, and sustainability.
We will also developing exhibits of the many methods of organic farming.
Permaculture Design is care for the Earth, care for the people, and distribution of surplus from thriving systems.
WildCraft EcoVillage will provide space for teachers and students to study Permaculture Design, and a place to practice these concepts.
We will also developing working models and exhibits of Permaculture in action.
WildCraft EcoVillage will install a variety of art studio spaces that will provide space for teachers and students to study a host of art mediums.
Our main emphasis will be woodworking, clay working, metal working, glass blowing, and the healing arts. We will also set up Tiny Art Studios for crafty people to work in.
An important part of the plan is to have art everywhere and influencing everything.
